Anyone under the age of 18 cannot make appointment for a video consultation on COMEDI Health APP. If you are at the ages of 14 – 17, you must be accompanied by an adult in person for a video consultation. In addition, users must be in Hong Kong to use the video consultation service.

Do I need to provide identification documents before making an appointment for a video consultation?2022-11-03T10:32:18+00:00

Yes. Since the doctors have to verify the users’ identity, the users will be asked to verify the identity by showing the identification document by video during the process of making appointment.

COMEDI Health’s video consultation service is not suitable for patients who show symptoms that need immediate medical assistance or services. For any urgent medical assistance and care, we advise you to visit the nearest hospital for treatment.

Can I record videos, take pictures or screenshots during video consultation?2022-12-19T09:59:41+00:00

We value and protect your privacy. All parties, including you,, doctors, and anyone accompanying you, are all prohibited from taking videos, pictures, or screenshots during the video consultation process.

Can I get medicine, doctor’s certificate, or referral letter after using yourvideo consultation service?2022-12-19T09:59:48+00:00

Of course. Medical practitioners may prescribe medication or/and issue doctor’s certificates and/or referral letters based on his/her judgment. All of these will be delivered to your designated address along with the receipt.

We partner with Hong Kong’s registered healthcare professionals, including medical general practitioners and specialists, Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners and clinical psychologists. We will also continue to expand our network to facilitate the provision of video consultation services by private hospitals and clinic groups for patients.

The estimated delivery time will be within 4 hours. And we’ll always confirm with a security code unique to you to make sure we’re delivering to the right person. If necessary, please check the status by clicking the ‘consultation record’ in our app

We currently accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) for online payment and will enhance our options overtime.

We will ask you to pay the consultation fee when making an appointment, and the amount will vary based on the doctor of your choice. There will be additional payment if there is/are medication(s). The consultation fee will be fully deducted from the final amount payable upon completion of a consultation, and it will be crystal clear to you.
