About Registration
Anyone under the age of 18 cannot make appointment for a video consultation on COMEDI Health APP. If you are at the ages of 14 – 17, you must be accompanied by an adult in person for a video consultation. In addition, users must be in Hong Kong to use the video consultation service.
Do I need to provide identification documents before making an appointment for a video consultation?
Yes. Since the doctors have to verify the users’ identity, the users will be asked to verify the identity by showing the identification document by video during the process of making appointment.
About Video Consultation Service
COMEDI Health’s video consultation service is not suitable for patients who have the symptoms that need immediate medical assistance or services. COMEDI Health will not provide any urgent medical assistance and care. If it is necessary, please go to the nearest hospital for medical treatment.
Medical practitioners will perscribe medication for users according to their professional examination and issue doctor’s certificates or referral letters as required by the users’ circumstances. All perscribed drugs, doctor’s certificates and referral letters will be delivered to the user’s designated address along with the receipt.
About Payment and Shipping
The estimated delivery time will be within 4 hours. And we’ll always confirm with a security code unique to you to make sure we’re delivering to the right person. If necessary, please check the status by clicking the ‘consultation record’ in our app
We currently accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) for online payment and will enhance our options overtime.
We will ask you to pay the consultation fee when making an appointment, and the amount will vary based on the doctor of your choice. There will be additional payment if there is/are medication(s). The consultation fee will be fully deducted from the final amount payable upon completion of a consultation, and it will be crystal clear to you.
